How we determine tree/raffle winnersThe Tree/50-50/Treasure Tree raffles will commence on Friday, December 4 at 1:00pm (et).
Winners will be notified by PHONE. Three (3) order numbers are drawn for each tree. If the first winner is not available (answering machine/voicemail does not qualify), we move on to the next order number. Caller Id is not notification that you won - we must speak with you to confirm a winner. Same applies to 50/50 and the Treasure Tree. Once a winner is confirmed, an email will be sent to the winner to schedule pickup from December 4 thru December 6 - you will be able to schedule your time slot online to assure we enforce social distancing for the safety of all.
